Blanket Made of Sky

The sky has fallen for you
and I made a blanket out of its remains.
It is woven out of a hope to love
each stitch a longing for what could be.

As I fit my body under these heavenly covers
I wish for you to meet me here

to share the warmth of a billion stars.
