SPM PUBLICATIONS POETRY BOOK COMPETITION

The SPM Publications Poetry Book Competition is for full length poetry collections in English Language. Every year, three poetry collections are published.

 Previous winners include:

2015: Peter Oram, Abigail Ardelle Zammit, Graham Burchell.

2016: Andy Blackford and John Foggin, Jude Neale and Joan Michelson.

2017: Molly Donachie, Konstandinos Mahoney, and John Lindley.

Now in its 4th year, the 2018 competition will start accepting entries on February 1st here.

SENTINEL LITERARY QUARTERLY POETRY COMPETITION

The Sentinel Literary Quarterly Poetry Competition has been successfully organised since July 2009 for original, previously unpublished poems in English language on any subject, in any style up to 50 lines long.

Closing dates: February 28th, May 31st, August 31st and November 30th.

Prizes: £200 (1st), £100 (2nd), £50 (3rd), £20 x 3 (High Commendation), £10 x 3 (Commendation)

Fees: £4/1, £7/2, £9/3, £11/4, £12/5, £16/7, £22/10

SENTINEL SHORT FICTION BOOK PRIZE

The inaugural Sentinel Short Fiction Book Prize (2018) is a competition for short story collections up to 60,000 words long. Three books will be published from this collection  in 2019.
